These Terms govern your use of the Rip Room website at riproom.live. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. This is a draft template — please have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before going to production.
1. The service
Rip Room is in pre-launch. The site currently offers an email waitlist so we can notify you when we go live. Features described elsewhere are not yet available.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age for digital consent in your country) to submit your email.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't submit emails that aren't yours.
- Don't attempt to overload, scrape, or attack the site.
- Don't use automated tools to interact with the waitlist form.
4. Intellectual property & attributions
The Rip Room name, logo, and original site contents are owned by Rip Room. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
Rip Room is an independent marketplace and companion platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by any trading card game publisher. All trading card game names, card names, characters, images, and artwork referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary, and community deck-building purposes.
Riftbound / Riot Games. Riftbound and League of Legends are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Portions of this site were created under Riot Games’ “Legal Jibber Jabber” policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Rip Room is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games, and Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project. Riot Games may revoke this permission at any time.
Pokémon. Pokémon and all related names and characters are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company. Rip Room is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company.

BJ Battle Arena. BJ Battle Arena is an original game format published by Rip Room.

5. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" during pre-launch. We make no warranties regarding launch dates, features, or availability.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rip Room is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or remove access to the waitlist at any time. You can unsubscribe at any moment using the link in any email we send you.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rip Room is established. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
